Meltham AC Couch to 5K

MAC are running our first couch to 5k.

Open to brand new runners or those wanting to get back into running. Following the NHS couch 2 5k programme MAC members will support you through the 9 week programme and beyond.

Get in touch for further info or head to club for 6:30 on Tuesday nights.
